REIKI LEVEL ONE TRAINING, ATTUNEMENT & CERTIFICATION WITH WINIFRED COSTELLO
Are you ready to expand your journey of healing, personal growth and transformation with Reiki as part your foundational skills?
Reiki is an expansive, therapeutic energy healing system and modality that anyone can become attuned to and learn.
Becoming attuned to Reiki is a deeply transformational and personal experience, creating a profound and positive shift on many levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki Attunements significantly expand your vibrational essence, opening you to be a conduit for the healing flow of the Reiki-Ray, which is Sacred, Universal Life Force Energy.
This facilitates cleansing and releasing energy blockages, old mind-body-spirit patterns and encourages soul-centered transformation, awakening and healing.
Each level of Reiki Attunement you receive expands your vibrational state and empowers embodied wisdom, growth and understanding as you walk the Healer’s Path.
Level One Training and Attunement opens you to receive and facilitate the flow of the Reiki-Ray, becoming a vessel for hands-on healing of the Sacred, Universal Life Force Energy. This is in turn provides a powerful, integrative and supportive energetic foundation and lineage for you to draw upon in your healing work.
Winifred will share wisdom, techniques and healing work processes gained from over 25 years of her own practice as a Reiki Master Teacher and Spirit Worker. There will be time for hands-on practice with your fellow students and Winifred.
You will leave ready to practice Reiki on yourself, family, friends, pets and present surroundings (IE: plants, home, car, workspace, the Earth).
During this training, you will learn:
- What is Reiki & Energy Healing
- The History of Traditional Reiki
- The 5 guiding principles, 2 precepts of Reiki and Ethics
- The process, techniques and hand placements that accompany Level One
- How to practice Reiki on yourself, friends, loved ones and immediate surroundings
- Receive Level One Attunement & Certification
- Time for hands-on practice with Winifred’s guidance
*Our time together includes a 45 minute break for lunch. Please bring a bag lunch, any snacks and beverages you require for the day. There are many local spots to grab food and drink in downtown Northampton.

From Winifred Costello, Reiki Master Teacher, Initiated High Priestess
My role is to support your Reiki Journey by providing a heart-centered, intuitively guided and integrative approach to teaching, drawing upon over 25 years experience with Reiki, Energy Healing & Spirit Work. I was first attuned to Reiki in 1995 and became a Reiki Master Teacher in Traditional Usui Reiki in 1997. Wendy Weatherwax was my Reiki Master Teacher.
During your training, I bring a combination of visionary healing skills that reach beyond Traditional Reiki, accessing my knowledge and training in Spirit Work, Chakra Clearing, Crystals, Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression Work, Faery Seership, Folk Magick, Witchcraft and LuMarian Energy.
I have been a Reiki Master Teacher since 1997, but I am also a “forever learner” committed to my own personal growth and ongoing education in the healing arts. I am also an Earth Mystic, Pagan and Initiated High Priestess in the Temple of Witchcraft Tradition.
I bring all the wisdom from learned experiences and study from years of walking the ways of alternative healing and spirituality to my Reiki classes.
