Level One Training, Attunement & Certification opens you to receive and facilitate the flow of the Reiki-Ray, becoming a vessel for hands-on healing of the Sacred, Universal Life Force Energy. This is in turn provides a powerful, integrative and supportive energetic foundation and lineage for you to draw upon in your healing work.

During this training, you will learn:

What is Reiki & Energy Healing, the history, ethics, guiding principles and precepts of Traditional Usui Reiki. Winifred will share wisdom, techniques and healing work processes gained from over 25 years of her own practice as a Reiki Master Teacher and Spirit Worker. There will be time for hands-on practice with your fellow students and Winifred. You will leave ready to practice Reiki on yourself, family, friends, pets and present surroundings (IE: plants, home, car, workspace, the Earth).
