Becoming attuned to Reiki is a deeply transformational and personal experience, creating a profound and positive shift on many levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Reiki Attunements significantly expand your vibrational essence, opening you to be a conduit for the healing flow of the Reiki-Ray, which is Sacred, Universal Life Force Energy. This facilitates cleansing and releasing energy blockages, old mind-body-spirit patterns and encourages soul-centered transformation, awakening and healing.
With each level of Reiki Attunement you receive, your vibrational state increases. Anyone can learn and become certified in Reiki regardless of prior experience with energy healing.
Traditional Usui Reiki features three levels: Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2 and Reiki Master Teacher (which included the Reiki Master Healing Practitioner Attunement). Each level builds upon the one before and deepens your understanding of walking a Healer’s Path.
Classes with Winifred are intentionally kept small so she can facilitate a focused, supportive and intimate learning experience.

Reiki Level One: Stepping Onto Your Path
Level One Training and Attunement opens you to receive and facilitate the flow of the Reiki-Ray, becoming a vessel for hands-on healing of the Sacred, Universal Life Force Energy. This is in turn provides a powerful, integrative and supportive energetic foundation and lineage for you to draw upon in your healing work.
During this training, you will learn: What is Reiki & Energy Healing, the history, ethics, guiding principles and precepts of Traditional Usui Reiki. Winifred will share wisdom, techniques and healing work processes gained from over 25 years of her own practice as a Reiki Master Teacher and Spirit Worker. There will be time for hands-on practice with your fellow students and Winifred.
You will leave ready to practice Reiki on yourself, family, friends, pets and present surroundings (IE: plants, home, car, workspace, the Earth).

Reiki Level Two: Deepening Your Path
Reiki Level Two Training and Attunement opens your healing journey to the next level. This Attunement increases both your vibrational rate and your ability to conduct the Reiki-Ray. This, in turn, enhances the healing work you can facilitate with the physical, emotional, mental and subtle energy bodies.
You will learn the wisdom of three Reiki Symbols and the absentee healing process, remote-distance healing, will be activated. Winifred will share various remote healing techniques that she has learned from her own Reiki Teacher, but also those she has developed over many years in practice. She will also share other healing techniques essential to Reiki Healing & Energy Work; cleansing, grounding, integration with other elements such as crystals, drum, rattle and bell.
There will be time for practice with fellow students and Winifred. Pre-Requisite: Reiki Level One Certification with Winifred or another Reiki Teacher. Winfred does take students who began their training with another, qualified teacher provided you can show proof of certification. Contact Winifred to discuss your desire to study with her.

Reiki Master Attunement & Teacher Training: Expanding Your Path
Are you feeling called to pick up the mantle of Reiki Master Teacher? Receiving the Reiki Master Attunement will expand you in a profound, soul-full way, significantly enhancing the octave of the Reiki-Ray that you are a conduit for through all levels of mind, body and spirit.
With the Master Level Attunement and Teacher Training, a deeper sense of global connection and commitment to healing and transformation is activated as you learn to be a Lineage Keeper of Tradition Usui Reiki. Whether you envision passing on attunements to others or not, being a wisdom keeper of the Reiki Healing Tradition will be useful in your spiritual awakening, personal growth and work as a Healer.
It is with the Master Level Attunement that your Reiki “circuitry” is greatly expanded, increasing your skill, sensitivity and nuance so that you can bring greater illumination to all you do in the world.

Pre-Requisite: Certification with Winifred in Reiki Level 1 & 2 or documentation of equivalent training with a qualified teacher. All students need to communicate with Winifred why they feel called to become a Reiki Master Teacher prior to registering.
