This is an online, go-at-your-own-pace self study, vignette styled training.
The teaching material is broken down into 5 user-friendly written lessons that are organized into the following categories: Learn, Discover, Build, Embody & Sustain.
Each lesson contains important foundational knowledge, practical techniques and helpful prompts for implementation so you can confidently understand and create your own Elemental Altar as you move through the mini course.

Winifred is an Intuitive Healer, Earth Mystic and Witch. She is the Founder and Mentor of The Witching Well Community and the owner of AwenTree, a Witch Shop, since 2006. She has over 25 years of direct experience, knowledge and training in Paganism, Goddess Traditions, Witchcraft, Folk Magick, Faery Seership, Tarot, Reiki and Energy Healing.
Winifred has taught at Templefest, Witchcon, Templehearth, Canadian Conjuration Camp Out, The School for Psychic Studies and AwenTree. She has been on a number of podcasts including Biddy Tarot, So You Wanna Be a Witch and Living Tarot.
Winifred has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 1997 and is a LuMarian (Divine Mother) Energy Practitioner. She is a NGH Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Past Life Regression Facilitator.
