Winifred has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 1997 and trained in Traditional Usui Reiki and Raku Key (Fire Dragon Reiki).  She has continued her growth and development as a Visionary Healer by receiving certifications in Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression and LuMarian Energy Work.  She has extensive study and training in NLP under the mentorship of Tom Pirnie.  

She is a knowledgeable and experienced Spirit Worker using an integrative approach with her teachings and practice.   Winifred has had an active Reiki Practice for over 20 years and is passionate about empowering her clients and students to embrace their own healing, awakening and transformation so they can step into their work as Visionary Healers.
