The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Winifred Tannetta Costello, AwenTree, The Witching Well, their staff, contractors and affiliates. The term the “Site” refers to www.awentree.com. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.
Continuing to browse the site, post comments, place an order, or submit personal information about yourself, constitutes your agreement to the following Terms of Use – Terms & Conditions
Use of the Website—By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. Use of this website or contact with the website’s author or proprietor constitutes your acceptance and acknowledgement of these terms. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, do not use this website, do not make a purchase from this website. In addition to the terms & policies outlined below if you are ordering a service, such as a tarot reading or reiki & energy healing session from Winifred Tannetta Costello, please read through her additional policy and terms.
You must be at least eighteen [18] years of age to make a purchase from this website. By making a purchase you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen [18] years of age.
Refunds & Returns
Services: All services, digital services and digital product are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for digital products once they are downloaded or once access to the product site, Facebook Group or services has been granted.
Physical Products: Will only be refunded due to damage. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Contact us at awentree@yahoo.com with the following information PRIOR to sending in your return: your receipt and product info. Please include a picture (no zip files) of damaged product. Report any damaged or missing items within ten (10) days of receipt of order. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping. Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Workshops, Events & Class Series:
If you have signed up for a workshop, class or event in advance and need a refund, you may request a refund 3 business days in advance of the scheduled date and get your full payment back or request a store credit. You must communicate your need for a refund via email or phone. Email awentree@yahoo.com *Do not use social media or social media messaging to ask for a refund. We cannot honor requests for refunds asked via social media platforms. If you cannot make a workshop, class or event you have pre-paid for and it is less than 3 business days notice, you can send another person in your place but you will not get a refund or credit for the missed event and all monies paid are forfeit. Please be aware that we have to communicate and commit to pre-paid attendee counts to the individual presenters and this is why advance notice is required for refund requests for all workshop, classes and events. Thank you for your understanding. Please Note: There are NO partial refunds or partial credit given for missed classes in a series of classes being offered by a presenter. It is up to you, the attendee, to make it to class and to note the dates in a class series. If you miss a class in a series or do not finish attending a class series, all monies paid are forfeit. No credit will be issued.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
The term appointment applies to appointments with a practitioner.
Cancellations by Clients:
Cancellations must be received one (1) business day prior to your appointment. A credit in the amount of full payment will be allowed toward a future appointment. Cancellation after this cut off date is non-refundable and no credit will be issued; all monies paid are forfeit. In some circumstances your appointment can be transferred, please contact us to do so. Cancellations due to emergencies will be considered for credit or refund on a case-by-case situation due to the sole discretion of the practitioner. No Show/Missed Appointments/No Communication: All monies paid are forfeit.
To cancel an appointment you must email us at awentree@yahoo.com Cancellation made any other way including Social Media are not accepted.
There are no guarantees that the appointment can be rescheduled with the same Practitioner.
Independent Practitioners hosted by AwenTree have to make special arrangements in their schedules to travel to AwenTree. You are solely responsible for remembering your appointment. Please check your schedule before you book a session.
Appointment Times
Your appointment begins and ends at the time booked. No partial refunds or additional time will be allotted. In regards to lateness: It is important that you value and honor the time you have set aside as much as we, the readers and practitioners at AwenTree, do. If you are late, you cut into your time, not ours and not the time of other clients. We cannot extend the time of your session so be prompt.
Cancellations By AwenTree ( Practitioner, Presenter, Instructor )
Due to weather, emergency, low enrollment or an unforeseen circumstance will be refund in full for the amount paid. All refunds are made in the same manner as the payment received.
Products & Services
Prices for our products & services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product or service. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product or service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on this or any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling when, for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself out as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult powers, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or to exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses, unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only. Any and all readings provided by AwenTree neither claims nor pretends to tell fortunes and neither claims nor pretends to use occult powers in ways that would run against such laws. In certain jurisdictions, a tarot professional is required to disclose to you that tarot readings should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof.

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Video Reading Recordings
AwenTree may, at your option, provide video conference services through third party platforms or hosts, such as Skype, Zoom or Google Meet. These video services may from time to time be recorded. If a video service is recorded, you will be put on notified of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though charges may apply. Before consenting to a video service, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with AwenTree. By commencing a video service, you are consenting to the terms herein. Also, use of the third party platform triggers that third party’s Privacy Policy as well, and you are expected to be familiar with its Privacy Policy and consent thereto. Please be advised that you are not permitted to record video services without express, written permission from AwenTree. If you would like to record your video service, please ask before doing so.
Limitation of Liability
AwenTree is not liable to you for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any part of this website or the goods and services that may be offered on this website, or the performance of any services by AwenTree. You indemnify and hold harmless AwenTree for any and all damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your use of this website or disclosure of any of your personal information to AwenTree.
