“Tarot Through the Eyes of the Fool” 5 Class Tarot Series with Winifred Costello
If you are ready to dive into Tarot from a grounded, knowledge based perspective that empowers an intuitive and mystical approach to working with the cards, then you will want to join Winifred Costello for this engaging and robust workshop series.
As a teacher, Winifred draws upon her knowledge, training and experience gained from studying tarot, teaching and reading for clients for over 25 years. Her classes will empower your understanding while sharing how to work with tarot as a potent tool for personal growth and transformation.
Each class in the series functions as a stand alone lesson, but the entire training is designed to build upon your knowledge and applied practice taking place over the duration of our time together.
You are encouraged to bring your tarot deck to class if you own one, but not required. Winifred will have extra decks to share during class time.

You can sign up a la carte for a single class or register for the whole series. A single workshop is $40.
The cost for all 5 classes is $175 which is a savings of $25 off paying individually as you go.
Sept 25th: Traversing the Minor Arcana: Elemental Energies & the Wisdom of “Aces – Fives”
There is deep wisdom revealed through the meanings and patterns that the Fool’s encounters on their evolutionary quest through the Minor Arcana. We will explore the intersection of the Elemental Forces, the Four Suits and the pip cards of “Aces through Fives” in this class.
Oct. 2nd: Traversing the Minor Arcana: Elemental Energies & the Wisdom of “Sixes – Tens”
There is deep wisdom revealed through the meanings and patterns that the Fool’s encounters as they continue on their evolutionary quest through the Minor Arcana. We will explore the intersection of the Elemental Forces, the Four Suits and the pip cards of “Sixes through Tens” in this class.
Oct. 16th: Meet the People of Tarot, Who Are They & What They Represent
The People of Tarot, also referred to as the “Court Cards” in Tarot, are some of the trickiest cards to interpret when working with Tarot. We will take a deep dive into the “good folk” of the cards in an approachable way that unpacks the older, outdated, hierarchical, patriarchal approach while offering a modern, inclusive, nonbinary and empowering way to build understanding of the soul’s growth and evolution as depicted through the People of Tarot.
Oct. 23rd: Traveling the Three Realms of the Major Arcana
Learn about the spiritual mysteries, archetypal forces and greater life lessons held within the Three Realms of the Major Arcana, Physical, Mental and Spiritual. Explore the meaning and significance of each realm and how it impacts the Fool’s Journey. You will learn how these Spiritual Wisdoms can lend valuable insight to the soul’s evolutionary path when working with the cards.
Nov. 6th: Demystifying Three Card Spreads and How to Move Beyond Them
Learn how to navigate a three card tarot spread and beyond by adding additional cards in a reading in a fun, meaningful and engaging way. We will begin by learning user-friendly tips to read a single tarot card intuitively and then move on to working with several types of “Three Card” spreads together. Included will be how to integrate “clarifying cards” to your spreads.

Winifred has been reading, studying and learning about the Tarot since she received her first deck on her 16th birthday. She has been a professional, intuitive tarot reader and teacher for over 20 years. As a reader, she focuses on the deeper wisdom, symbolism and transformational properties held within Tarot. As a teacher, she is engaging, knowledgeable and candid; empowering her students to not only grasp the meaning of the cards, but to connect Tarot as a resource for insight and personal growth.
