The Mortar & Pestle is an essential item in your Earth-Centered Practice. This very sturdy mortar and pestle set is made of cast iron and perfect for grinding and mixing herbs, spices, resins, and woods for herbal blends, teas, or incense. Cast Iron makes it wonderful for grinding particularly hard ingredients such as wood and resins.
