Reiki and Energy Healing is rooted in a profoundly transformational practice that utilizes gentle, healing touch [therapeutic touch] to facilitate your wellness journey.
Each of us has an aura consisting of subtle energetic layers starting with our physical bodies and radiating outwards. These interconnected layers represent the physical, emotional, mental, astral, etheric, celestial and spiritual aspects of ourselves.
Energetic Healing helps cleanse, renew and restore your natural harmony by working with all the layers of your aura; infusing your mind, body and spirit with universal life force.
Reiki is a particularly effective energetic healing system, with ancestral roots in Japanese traditions.
It is a vibrational current that I have been integrating and facilitating, both personally and professionally, for decades.
Hey there, I’m Winifred and I have been a practicing, Integrative Healer since I first stepped onto my personal healing path over 30 years ago. I have been a Reiki Master Teacher of Usui Reiki [Raku Kei Reiki] since 1997. I am a NGH Certified Hypnotherapist (2007) & Certified Past Life Regression Facilitator (2008).
As a life long Witch and Initiated High Priestess [in the Temple of Witchcraft Tradition], I bring a combination of visionary skills and wisdom, that includes and extends beyond Traditional Reiki, to my work with clients.
During your session, I draw opon my knowledge, training and experience in Chakras, Crystals, Energy Systems, Spiritwork, LuMarian Divine Oneness and the Craft, to navigate the energetic realms in order to best support your transformational healing.
Reiki and Energy Healing can be either “hands-on” or “hands-off” [no touch] depending on your comfort level and wellness goals.
My work is client-centered with an emphasis on empowering your personal agency. That means you choose the level of therapeutic touch you are comfortable receiving in your session.

IN-PERSON SESSION
You can book In-Person Reiki & Energy Healing session with Winifred.
Your session will take place in a comfortable, safe and professional setting at the AwenTree Healing Studio located at the Maplewood Shops, in downtown Northampton, MA.
>>>There is a short set of wooden stairs to access our place so please plan accordingly.
There is metered public parking adjacent to our location in the Old South Street Parking lot or near by at the Parking Garage,
We use a Blue Air Purifier with a 3 step purifying process, fresh linens and cleaning between clients. We do not required masks at this time, but support your choice to wear one.
AT-A-DISTANCE HEALING SESSION
You can book a remote healing session, we will meet in “real time” via phone or zoom (your choice).
I recommend making yourself comfortable during your session; sitting or laying down with your eyes closed and wearing casual clothing. Be sure to minimize any interruptions by silencing your phone and let others in your home know not to disturb you while you are receiving your session.
You might like to play relaxing music softly in the background. If you have crystals, I invite you hold or place them near by.
At-a-Distance Sessions are booked in “real time” so we can connect and check-in during your treatment.

We focus on inviting you to re-member your wholeness, however that is best represented for you.
My role is facilitator, healer and guide, supporting your wellness journey by providing a client-centered and empowering approach.
Based on my many years of professional practice and embodied experience, I let my intuition guide me during your session. Reiki will form the energetic container and foundation of our work together.
Grounded and held within the Reiki system, I will bring a combination of healing allies selecting from crystals, stones, rattles, drum, chimes and singing bowls to your session.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSION
🙌 FIRST, WE CHECK IN 🙌
We begin by spending some time going over a brief check-in (known as an “intake”) so we can discuss your specific needs, areas of concern and healing intentions. This time is an invaluable part your session and process, allowing me to best understand and support your wellness goals.
🙌 THE SETTING FOR YOUR SESSION 🙌
Your session will take place in a comfortable, safe and professional setting. During Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions, you will remain fully clothed and only need to remove your shoes, perhaps your glasses and smartwatch if you wear them. Set your devices to airplane mode so you are not disrupted during your healing. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing so you can attain a deep level of relaxation, free from distraction.
🙌 GENTLY BRINGING YOUR SESSION TO A CLOSE 🙌
Once we have finished with the active energetic treatment part of your session (this is the time when you will be laying on the reiki table, with soft lighting and gentle music playing) I will gently ground the energies raised and released the sacred container that held our transformational work. When you are ready to sit up and move about, we will briefly check in again before you head out. I suggest hydrating and taking some time just for you away from the stresses and energies of the world directly following your session.
