Traditional Usui Reiki is a Japanese energetic healing modality that gently cleanses stagnant energy and assists in revitalizing and aligning the flow of your major energy systems.

During a Reiki & Energy Session, we focus on inviting you to re-member your wholeness, however that is best for you. My role is to support your wellness journey by providing a heart-centered, intuitively guided and integrative approach, drawing upon over 25 years experience with Reiki & Spirit Work. I have been a Reiki Master Teacher in Traditional Usui Reiki since 1997.
During our time together, I will bring a combination of visionary healing skills that reach beyond Traditional Reiki, accessing my knowledge and training in Spirit Work, Chakra Clearing, Crystals and LuMarian Energy.
Based on the spiritual guidance I receive, I integrate crystals, stones, rattle, drum and singing bowls into your session.
What to expect during your session
Reiki and Energy Work is a gentle, “therapeutic touch” practice that can be either hands-on or hands-off, depending on your wellness goals, working within the auric (energy) field to cleanse, renew and invite harmony to mind, body and spirit.
Your session will take place in a comfortable, safe and professional setting. During Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions, you will remain fully clothed and only need to remove your shoes. I suggest wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing and silencing your phone so you can attain a deep level of relaxation, free from distraction.
We begin with a brief intake to discuss your specific needs, areas of concern and healing intentions. This time is an invaluable part your session and process, allowing me to best understand and support your wellness goals.
As an Intuitive Healer, I faciliate an integrative approach using Reiki to create the energetic foundation of the session. An integrative approach means that I will draw upon my experience, training and intuitive skills to combine a variety of supportive elements of crystals, singing bowls, rattle and gentle drumming to aid your healing process during the Reiki & Energy Session.
In-Person Healing Sessions in Northampton, MA
Your session will take place in a comfortable, safe and professional setting at our new healing space located at the Maplewood Shops, Northampton, MA.
During Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions, you will remain fully clothed and only need to remove your shoes. I suggest wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing and silencing your phone so you can attain a deep level of relaxation, free from distraction.
We strictly follow the recommended safety protocols for reducing the risk of spread regarding COVID-19. We use a Blue Air Purifier with a 3 step purifying process, fresh linens and cleaning between clients. You will need to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth regardless of vaccine status. We respectfully request that if you are not vaccinated, you book a remote session rather than an in-person session. Our practitioners are fully vaccinated.
Distance & Remote Healing Sessions
For your remote healing session, we will meet via phone or zoom.
Your session will begin with a brief intake to discuss your specific needs, areas of concern and healing intentions. This time is an invaluable part of your process and allows me to best support your wellness goals.
I recommend making yourself comfortable during your session; sitting or laying down, wearing casual clothing. Be sure to silence notifications on your phone and let others in your home know to not disturb you during your session. You might like to play relaxing music softly in the background. If you have crystals, I invite you hold or place them near by.
Afterwards you will have the option to receive a photo of the crystals that were laid out and engaged with energetically during your session.
Reiki & Energy Healing Session (30 minutes) $49
This shorter session is wonderful for a quick refresh of your mind, body and spirit; cleansing and re-energizing the chakras and assisting the flow of Chi along your major energy meridians. We will begin with a brief check-in and then move deeper into the healing process. As an Intuitive Healer, I facilitate an integrative approach using Reiki to create the energetic foundation of the session.
Reiki & Energy Healing Session (1 hour) $79
This full length session allows a more expansive container for a longer check-in, additional supportive conversation regarding your personal healing focus and plenty of time to move into the healing process. This usually includes clearing stagnant energy, releasing old emotional blocks and/or spiritual contracts, cleansing and re-energizing your chakras and assisting the flow of the energy meridians. As an Intuitive Healer, I facilitate an integrative approach using Reiki to create the energetic foundation of the session.
Wellness Package (3 one hour sessions) $195
Reiki is profound in a single session, but even greater shifts and transformations occur when you commit to your healing process over time. As is usual with traditional healing arts, Reiki is slow, soul-full medicine and, therefore, often takes more time, with repeat to facilitate a deeper healing process. The reality is, you, and your wellness goals, are investments worth making and committing to because you can’t pour from an empty cup. Healing takes energy. Reiki helps provide that vital energy. To better support you, I offer a Reiki & Energy Healing Package.
**The Wellness Package offer cannot be “broken up” and given as 3 separate sessions to different individuals as it is designed to empower one person in their healing process over a period of time. You can redeem your sessions at your own pace, but it is recommended that you book them all within 90 days.
