Reiki Level Two Training
Ready to Expand Your Reiki Path?
Reiki Level Two Training brings your healing journey to the next level. Receiving this Attunement builds upon your first Reiki Attunement, greatly increasing your vibrational field and enhancing your ability to conduct even more of the Reiki-Ray.
This, in turn, affects the level of healing work you can facilitate with the physical, emotional, mental and subtle energy bodies.
It is during Reiki Level Two that we study the traditional Reiki Symbols and learn the process of Remote-Distance Healing.
Winifred will share various remote healing techniques that she has learned from her own Reiki Teacher, but also those she has developed over many years in practice. She will also share other healing techniques essential to Reiki Healing & Energy Work; cleansing, grounding, integration with other elements such as crystals, drum, rattle and bell.
There will be time for practice with fellow students and Winifred.
Pre-Requisite: Reiki Level One Certification with Winifred or another Reiki Teacher is required to attend. Winfred does take students who began their training with another, qualified teacher provided you can show proof of certification. Contact Winifred to discuss your desire to study with her.

This is an In-Person Training during which you will learn:
- Review of the 5 Principles and 2 Precepts of Traditional Usui Reiki
- Teaching, knowledge and wisdom on the three Reiki Symbols for Level 1 and Level 2, including the Distance Healing Symbol
- The absentee healing process, also known as remote-distance healing, will be activated and taught during your attunement
- Reiki Level 2 Attunement including Reiki Distance Attunement
- Techniques, tips and hands-on practice for working with the Level 2 healing vibration, including Distance Healing techniques
- Time for hands-on practice with Winifred’s guidance
Is There a Lunch Break ?
Yes! Our time together includes a 45 minute break for lunch, but lunch is not included. Please bring a bag lunch, any snacks and beverages you require for the day. There are many local spots to grab food and drink in downtown Northampton.
Do I Need to Bring Anything ?
There will be educational hand outs but many folks like to bring a notebook and pen. It is recommended to wear comforable clothing.

Winifred Costello , Reiki Master Teacher since 1997
Winifred has held and worked with the Reiki Vibrational Lineage since she received her training with Wendy Weatherwax in the 1990’s, including maintaining her own healing arts practice with clients and students for over 20 years. She brings a respectful approach to teaching Reiki, drawing upon her many years of direct experience, study and training within energy healing systems, spirit work, ancestor work, folk magick and witchcraft.
She has spent considerable time unpacking and evaluating the problematic colonial underpinnings of Western Reiki in order to reconstruct a more aware practice with teachings that are mindful of cultural appropriation and the importance of harm reduction.
She works to have an informed, integrative and inclusive method, one that strives to be aware of unconscious bias, seeks to know the deeper mystery traditions of her own culture, and those she has studied in, and how all that informs her teaching others to step into their roles as healers.
As a teacher, Winifred is focused on providing deep support and robust teachings, centered on empowering her students to claim their personal agency and find their unique way of working with the energies of Reiki so that they can confidently, and competently, step onto their path as Healers. She encourages her students to have an intuitive, responsive and compassionate approach to healing, rooted in listening, witnessing and creating safe space.
Winifred is an engaging and approachable mentor to her students, maintaining ongoing connection and relationships with them long after the “official” training ends.
