Parting the Green Mysts (Full Moon in Sagittarius) June 11th’s Ritual
All around us the green world is surging with vitality and the forest spirits dance in the luminescence of the full moon. The Summer Solstice is not far off as the Solar Wheel waxes in full ripeness ushering in the bounty of summer’s sweetness. This is the perfect time for us to gather and work our magick to part the green mysts between our world and the shapeshifting realm of the Fair Ones, Fae and Faery. As we journey through the myst and beyond the hedge, we will seek to deepen our connection with the Elder Race for mutual healing and transformation.
In our ritual, we will turn the mill of magick, ride the potent surge of the Moon’s fullness to create, awaken and charge a custom blended mystical spray “Parting the Green Mysts” to aid our journey between the worlds of human and faery. (Participants will receive a small bottle to take home.)
Once we have crafted our special aromatherapy spray, we will use it to empower our meditative, spirit journey beyond the hedge. There we will travel to the sacred Esbat Fires and invite the Good Neighbors (Elder Fae) to join us in our co-creative magick. Making contact, deepening our connections and relationships with the Faery Realm can lend potent insight and wisdom to our earth stewardship, mutual healing and restoration.
Once we have completed our magick, we will ground the working in our bones and the earth for hope and continued healing.
After the Ritual, attendees are welcome to stay for socializing and sharing in a light snack.
Winifred and Anthony both have many, many years of experience and training in mindfully guiding deep magick within community ceremonies. Our Rituals are intentionally kept small in the number of attendees, so we can facilitate a more focused and deeply supportive magickal experience.
The monthly Rituals at AwenTree are facilitated by Winifred and Anthony. Participants are invited to actively participate in co-creating deep and sacred work inside a safe, ritual space held within a magickal circle of protection.

About Winifred Costello:
Winifred has over 30 years experience, training and practice in Paganism, Witchcraft and Folk Magick Traditions. She weaves together her knowledge in the Craft with the spiritual tools of Energy Healing, Reiki and Tarot to help students create empowered transformation in their lives. She is an Intuitive Tarot Reader, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Certified Facilitator. She is the Proprietress of AwenTree and the Founder & Mentor of the Witching Well Community. Winifred is an Initiated High Priestess in the Temple of Witchcraft Tradition having graduated from the 5+ year long mystery school and ministry training.
About Anthony Gladu:
Artist, Gardener, Herbalist, Magickal Practitioner and Tarot Reader. Anthony has been on his spiritual journey and practicing Witchcraft for many years. He has completed the coursework of Year 3 in the Temple of Witchcraft Mystery School. Anthony is excited to be able to facilitate safe, sacred space for folk to gather together for ritual and a bit of magick.
