SUMMARY:RITUAL of the Red Thread and Shedding with the Burden Bundle
DESCRIPTION:RITUAL of the Red Thread & Shedding with the Burden Bundle  \nJune’s RITUAL takes place during the Waning Moon in Capricorn on Wed. June 3rd. \nTogether\, we gather in sacred space to cast the circle and turn the mill of magick. \nOur Ritual will unfold as a singular ritual working with two currents\, first the letting go aspect of the Burden Bundle and then the bringing in of energy with the Red Thread.  \nThe Ritual of the Burden Bundle… \nThis part of our RITUAL will be shedding\, severing and releasing that which is heavy\, stagnant\, and oppressive; to place it in the Burden Bundle which we will then be buried in the earth as a potent form of transmutation.    \nWhether it is personal old habits and programming\, ancestral wounds and baggage\, or the broken patriarchal structures that are cobbling and suffocating us…you will be invited to sever\, release and shed what makes sense for you. \nOnce we have completed the releasing\, we will bury (in an environmentally responsible manner) the Burden Bundle and light candles on top of the soil to aid transformation and illuminate new paths forward.  \nRitual of the Red Thread… \nIn Magickal Traditions\, the strength of community connection working together to fuel our individual and mutual transformation is a potent current to ignite\, nurture and grow. Beyond turning a mill of magick\, we weave a collective tapestry. Each of us contributes to the diversity\, vibrancy and vitality of that tapestry. And the threads of our magick carry us even after we leave the monthly circle.  \nThe last part of our ritual will involve a collective healing practice so that we can carry forth a piece of that thread from our collective tapestry…a thread that reminds us our shared strength\, resiliency and connection. In the Ritual of the Red Thread\, each participant will receive a blessed\, symbolic piece of the thread spun from the magickal tapestry that has grown and strengthen from the collective magick of Community Based Ritual. \nOnce our magickal work is completed\, we will ground and center. \nThe Monthly Rituals are facilitated by Winifred and Anthony.  Participants are invited to actively participate in co-creating deep and sacred work inside a safe\, ritual space held within a magickal circle of protection.  \nOnce the Ritual ends\, attendees are welcome to stay for sharing in a light snack and socializing. \nWinifred and Anthony both have many\, many years of experience and training in mindfully guiding deep magick within community ceremonies.  Our Rituals are intentionally kept small in the number of attendees\, so we can facilitate a more focused and deeply supportive magickal experience. \nOur Monthly RITUALS empower magickal restoration\, strengthen resiliency and nurture community/collective care.   \nJune’s Ritual is on Wed. June 3rd\, 7 -9 pm \nCOST $15  This helps cover the cost of the resources it takes to prepare\, create and hold sacred space. You can sign up ahead or pay at the door that evening. Please arrive by 7:15 pm.  \n\n\n\n\n \nEach month features a uniquely crafted ritual\, centered on a different magickal intention and focus. While not anchored in any one specific Craft Tradition\, there still will be a grounding\, protective\, structure of a Witch’s Circle to safeguard our mutual energies. All expressions of being human and all levels of experience are welcome. \n\nMeet the Facilitators of the Monthly Rituals\n  \nWinifred Costello: Initiated High Priestess\, Founder & Owner of AwenTree \nWinifred has over 30 years experience\, training and practice in Paganism\, Witchcraft and Folk Magick Traditions. She weaves together her knowledge in the Craft with the spiritual tools of Energy Healing\, Reiki and Tarot to help students create empowered transformation in their lives. She is an Intuitive Tarot Reader\, Reiki Master Teacher\, Certified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Certified Facilitator. She is the Proprietress of AwenTree and the Founder & Mentor of the Witching Well Community.  Winifred is an Initiated High Priestess in the Temple of Witchcraft Tradition having completed the 7+years it takes to journey the Mystery School and Year of Ministry Training.   \n  \n  \nAnthony Gladu \nArtist\, Gardener\, Herbalist\, Magickal Practitioner and Tarot Reader. SUMMARY:Book of Shadows Crafting Night - June Theme: Summer Solstice
DESCRIPTION:BOOK of SHADOWS: Crafting Night for Creative Witches\, Pagans and Mystical Folk\nLearn about and actually work on creating pages for your own Book of Shadows! \n  \nJUNE’s BoS Night is Thurs. June 18th and focus will be Summer Solstice Pages \n\n \nA Book of Shadows is a living\, evolving magickal archive that supports your path of growth\, discovery and learning as an Earth Mystic. \n  \nBook of Shadows come in many forms and styles\, from simple or ornate. They play an important role as you record your insights\, experiences\, knowledge and document spells\, recipes\, correspondences and more. \n  \nIf you have always wanted to create your own BoS\, or dedicate time to working on one you already have\, then the Monthly Book of Shadows Crafting Night is for you. \n  \n \nJoin Winifred each month for a facilitated and interactive evening during which participants will directly work on their personal Book of Shadows. We will explore materials such as stamps\, dyes\, ink\, dried flowers\, collage\, and other creative supplies to inspire us. Winifred will provide the magickal information (and materials) to facilitate the pages we create. \n  \nEach month you will get to work on a different set of pages that you can directly add to your own Book of Shadows. You don’t need to be an artist or a writer in order to create a beautiful and meaningful Book of Shadows. You just need to show up and have fun. \nWhether you use a three ring binder\, notebook or other kind of journal\, we break our evening down into bite-size chunks to focus on just one or two pages with a featured topic.  \n  \nThis will be an ongoing Monthly Event that folks can join as they feel called. \n  \nOur JUNE Book of Shadows Night is THURSDAY\, JUNE 18th and our focus will be on making Summer Solstice Page \nCOST $25    Pre-Registration is encouraged\, but you can pay at the door.  Space is limited to 10 attendees \n\n\n\n\n \nHOW THE BOOK OF SHADOWS EVENINGS WORK:  \nWe will gather to tap into our creative magick\, review knowledge relevant to the theme\, and then make a page\, or more\, for our individual Book of Shadows. \n  \nEach month will feature a specific spiritual or magickal focus. Topics will draw from the Sabbats\, Lunations\, Magickal Tools\, Symbolism\, Correspondences\, etc. Creative ideas such as tea staining\, natural dyes\, dried flowers\, stamping\, ink\, etc will be explored over time. \n  \nWinifred will provide guidance and instruction to support folks as they create pages either directly into their journals or on separate pages that can be added to a BoS. \n  \nWHAT WINIFRED WILL PROVIDE \n\nThe magickal/spiritual focus\, with instruction and tips\, for that specific BoS evening\nCreative materials\, supplies and paper to support making your pages\n\nWHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN BRING WITH THEM (OPTIONAL) \n\nYour own journal or notebook if you want to make your pages directly into your BoS (a basic art notebook works) OR Your own 3 Ring Binder if you just want to add the paper provided that you create upon.\n\nWHO ARE THE BOOK OF SHADOWS EVENINGS FOR \n\nAll levels of experience as a Pagan\, Witch\, and Earth Mystic\, from beginner to more seasoned.\nAll levels of creative skill and ability.
